Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Black

This weekend, my boyfriend’s sister got married in Deep Creek, Maryland. I told Rebecca I would take some pictures for her throughout the weekend, as she would obviously be too busy to carry a camera around. She hired a photographer, but he was only there for the ceremony, and I knew she would want reminders of the entire weekend with her family and friends.

Here’s a small selection of some of my favorite photos from Deep Creek. It was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever visited. If you’ve never been there, I highly suggest it!

I love photography, but I never seem to take time out of my crazy life to truly enjoy it. This weekend was a different story. From 6:30PM Friday, until 2PM Sunday, I took 396 pictures!! Of course some of them will be deleted for blurriness, duplicates, etc., but for the most part, I was really happy when I started sorting through them last night. I think I’m going to try finding a class around here to better my skills, and learn how to utilize all the extra settings on my camera. Who knows, maybe someday I’ll be taking wedding photos for a living...while being a stay at home mommy of course!
